Terms of Participation MyOlympus
The reservation is considered valid only after confirmation of availability and relevant communication from our team.
Participants must be at the departure point at the predetermined time, as stated in the reservation.
In case of delay without timely notice, the right to participate may be lost.
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the excursion are not subject to cancellation fees. After 24 hours, the deposit is not refunded.
MyOlympus reserves the right to cancel or postpone an excursion in the event of extreme weather events or force majeure, with a refund of the deposit.
Participants must comply with safety instructions and respect the environment and other travelers.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:
I solemnly declare that I participate in the action at my own risk and am aware that my participation may pose risks to my physical integrity. I release the organizers from any liability and from any claims that may arise during the event. I declare that I have been informed that photographic material of the event will be used for future advertising purposes of MY OLYMPUS actions.
By choosing to participate, you declare that you have not had the following symptoms in the last 14 days: fever, cough, feeling of fatigue, myalgia.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:
The leader-escort reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the excursion and activity for safety reasons due to natural disasters or extreme weather events that would expose the group members to danger.
Participants are required to obey the instructions of the tour leader throughout the duration of the excursion and activity. Each participant bears sole and full responsibility for their participation in the excursion and activity.
The tour leader has the right to expel anyone who behaves in an antisocial manner or is dangerous to themselves or the other members of the group.
The activities provided are available to anyone who is mentally and physically healthy, as well as in a reasonable physical condition.
Each participant allows the use of photographs and videos taken during the excursion for promotional and advertising purposes.
Each participant consents to the collection, registration and storage of their personal data requested, with the aim of providing a perfect service by MY OLYMPUS and informing about subsequent organized excursions and activities. All data is kept with absolute confidentiality and security, while each participant has the ability to immediately request the cessation of the collection of their personal data, as well as the permanent deletion of what has been collected.
The MY OLYMPUS application complies with all hygiene rules as defined by the EODY. Each participant must comply with them and ensure that personal hygiene measures are observed.
